Most of us use Facebook Chat every now and then. Chat facility is integrated with Facebook Mobile app and is accessible from multiple platforms. The messaging got much better today with the release of new Facebook Mobile Messenger, a standalone app which is available for download on iTunes store and Android market place. The original Facebook Mobile chat doesn’t support locations, exchanging photos and group chatting.

Samsung Galaxy Tab unboxing photos
I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab from Samsung’s online sale partner Letsbuy.com. Android enabled Galaxy Tab is the first web tablet from Samsung, and it is considered as good as the Apple iPad. Buying an iPad never came into my consideration as I already have an iPhone and iPod Touch. Samsung offered me a free Bluetooth headset and leather case for pre-booking the device. BSNL 3G speed test
Last week I upgraded to a new BSNL 3G tariff plan that costs 4000 INR, and offers unlimited 3G on postpaid and prepaid connection for 180 days. After activation, I tested BSNL 3G speed in Thodupuzha. The testing was done using speedtest.net iOS app for iPhone 4 with Sri Lanka as the server choice.

Unboxing my iPhone 4 factory unlocked model
I am using Apple iPhone models since 2008. There were a lot of shortcomings for iPhone 2G, 3G and 3G s when compared with other devices in the market at that time. But believe me, iPhone really ousted them all in the touch quality and the number of apps available. The introduction of iOS 4.0 enabled multi-tasking and many other features in iPhone, iPod Touch and now the new iPhone 4 is the best combination of hardware and software ever built into a smartphone. Apple announced iPhone 4 in the last June, and it’s still not officially available in India. I have managed to buy a factory unlocked iPhone 4 from an eBay seller and here are the unboxing photos.
